My Island Dream

Hi there,

we are starting a brand new Challenge over at Moving along with the Times and this time it is all about Trees and/or Leaves:

  • stamp the palm tress from the Waltzingmouse Stamps My Island stamp set with Versafine (Onxy Black) onto watercolor paper - I used my MISTI to get a crisp impression on the textured surface
  • create a background using Distress Inks (Frayed Burlap, Salty Ocean, Mermaid Lagoon, Spiced Marmalade, Ripe Persimmon)
  • add WOW! Bright Super Fine embossing powder where the beach meets the ocean
  • stamp the sentiment from the same set with the same black ink
  • stamp one of the Clearly Besotted Stamps Diagonal Stripes with Versafine (Onyx Black) onto a kraft cardbase before adhering the main panel with foam adhesive

Craft your Passion Challenge #333 - Anything goes

Thanks for stopping by.

Yours,
